- "The Bot" refers to the Telegram Bot TalePayBot (@talepaybot), including its services, mini app, features, and related functionality.
- "The Mods" refers to Tale Stars and Tale Royale, including any associated modifications, services, features, or content provided under these names.
- "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator(s) of The Bot and The Mods.
- "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses The Bot or The Mods.
2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service operate together with our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using them immediately. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once published. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
3. Description of Services
- The Bot and Mini App allow Users to: Purchase activation rights or memberships; Activate The Mods on supported devices; Access related features and private Telegram groups where applicable.
- The Mods may include both free and paid features.
- APK/IPA files are shared publicly via our main channel (@talemods). We do not sell or distribute original game software or official game files. All original games and related content remain the property of their respective owners.
- Activations are device-based. Each device may require a separate activation. Activation slots may be limited depending on the purchased plan.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
- All services are digital and considered delivered once activation rights, access, or paid features are granted.
- Refunds are only available if supported by the respective third-party payment provider (such as Telegram Stars). We do not control these systems and cannot guarantee refund approval. Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Activation System
- Activations are provided on an "as is" basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all devices or versions, or protection from warnings, restrictions, or bans imposed by game developers.
- We reserve the right to modify, reset, revoke, refuse, or limit activations at any time due to technical, legal, or security reasons, including suspected abuse.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that you will:
- Not bypass activation limits or security mechanisms.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with activation systems.
- Not redistribute access or engage in fraud, payment abuse, or bad-faith chargebacks.
- Not engage in harmful, misleading, defamatory, or bad-faith conduct intended to damage the reputation of The Bot or The Mods or interfere with our services or legitimate business activities.
- Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Violation of these rules, suspected abuse, fraud, or payment disputes may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to The Bot, The Mods, activations, or related services at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Access may be revoked without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that using game modifications may violate certain game rules or terms and may lead to account suspension, bans, or other penalties. We are not responsible for:
- Game account bans or restrictions.
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Downtime, service interruptions, or technical errors.
You acknowledge that use of our services involves certain risks.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, game names, and related materials belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any game developer or publisher. The Mods, branding, activation systems, and related materials created by us are our intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without permission.
9. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue The Bot, The Mods, or any feature at any time for technical, legal, security, or operational reasons. This may include suspension or discontinuation of certain features or services. We cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the services. We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, platform restrictions, or third-party service outages.
