• "The Mods" refers to Tale Stars and Tale Royale, including any associated modifications, services, features, or content provided under these names.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator(s) of The Bot and The Mods.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses The Bot or The Mods.

2. General

This Privacy Policy is applied together with the Terms of Service. This policy explains how our services handle user data. By accessing or using The Bot, The Mods, or any of our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes become effective once published. Continued use of our services means you accept the new policy.

3. What Information Do Our Services Collect and How We Use Them?

3.1. Data collected by the Bot:

• Your public Telegram information such as User ID and Username. This is used to link your balance and other data in the bot to you.
• Data related to our activation system (activation slots, statuses, usage logs).
• The date users started the bot, the date of purchases, and the date of activations.
• IP addresses of those who logged into the Mini App: We use an automated rate limiting mechanism to protect the mini app from abuse and excessive requests. As part of this process, IP addresses are temporarily processed in memory to count requests. We do not store mini app IP addresses in a database, and they are automatically cleared after a short period.

3.2. Data collected by the Mods:

• Device information: Activations in the Mods are device-based, so your device information, such as model and manufacturer, is used for our activation system. No private device data (such as IMEI) is stored or can be stored within this information.
• IP addresses: Not stored in the database. Only logged temporarily if there is a problem during activation or connection to our servers. This allows us to help users who experience issues and prevent the same problems from happening to others in the future, improving the overall user experience.
• Login dates and activation status.
• Your game account's public tag starting with #. To help users if any activation-related or server-related issue occurs.

4. Sharing User Data

We do not sell user data. Some limited data may be processed by third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of operating our services.

• Your data is stored securely, and we take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access or misuse.
• We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide and maintain our services.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via Telegram Stars or cryptocurrency. We do not collect or store payment or billing information and we do not have access to such data. Payments made via Telegram Stars are processed entirely by Telegram, and we only receive confirmation of successful payment. For cryptocurrency payments, we may have access only to technical transaction data, such as wallet address, transaction ID (TXID), and payment amount.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Description of Services

• The Bot and Mini App allow Users to: Purchase activation rights or memberships; Activate The Mods on supported devices; Access related features and private Telegram groups where applicable.
• The Mods may include both free and paid features.
• APK/IPA files are shared publicly via our main channel (@talemods). We do not sell or distribute original game software or official game files. All original games and related content remain the property of their respective owners.
• Activations are device-based. Each device may require a separate activation. Activation slots may be limited depending on the purchased plan.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

• All services are digital and considered delivered once activation rights, access, or paid features are granted.
• Refunds are only available if supported by the respective third-party payment provider (such as Telegram Stars). We do not control these systems and cannot guarantee refund approval. Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Activation System

• Activations are provided on an "as is" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all devices or versions, or protection from warnings, restrictions, or bans imposed by game developers.
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, revoke, refuse, or limit activations at any time due to technical, legal, or security reasons, including suspected abuse.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that you will:

• Not bypass activation limits or security mechanisms.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with activation systems.
• Not redistribute access or engage in fraud, payment abuse, or bad-faith chargebacks.
• Not engage in harmful, misleading, defamatory, or bad-faith conduct intended to damage the reputation of The Bot or The Mods or interfere with our services or legitimate business activities.
• Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Violation of these rules, suspected abuse, fraud, or payment disputes may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to The Bot, The Mods, activations, or related services at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Access may be revoked without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that using game modifications may violate certain game rules or terms and may lead to account suspension, bans, or other penalties. We are not responsible for:

• Game account bans or restrictions.
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Downtime, service interruptions, or technical errors.

The Mods, branding, activation systems, and related materials created by us are our intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without permission.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue The Bot, The Mods, or any feature at any time for technical, legal, security, or operational reasons. This may include suspension or discontinuation of certain features or services. We cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the services. We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, platform restrictions, or third-party service outages.
